The team is good and supportive. Agile methodologies used most of the time, which works nicely. The sector is currently blossoming, so lots of opportunities and things to be learned.
Cons
As in every startup, you have to wear lots of hats everyday, which is both good and bad. Struggling with funding can be stressful at times.
