Hours can vary wildly throughout the year (6-8 hour days in the winter/after holidays, 10-12 hour days in the summer) It's hard work to keep our efficiency up (gets easier with experience) Manpower is not always evenly distributed (could have 2 people working some days, could have 7) The starting pay is pretty low considering the liability involved working around 10+ million dollar jets

Well funded. The company is backed by a lot of money seeing as how they have created a monopoly throughout the private side.

I worked for the appearance group for nearly a year since my company was bought out by them over, what I'm sure is, a scandalous reason. This company has barely any room for growth and experience. The management team is far under qualified for what the job details. The benefits are unsatisfactory. Full time employees receive 5 days of vacation annually which is paid up front. They allow no sick time off or personal time off for employees. I believe the CEO does not care at all about the needs of the average employee. The managers under the CEO are very wishy washy and unreliable. The performance of work was not overseen by management and was often looked past and cleared as satisfactory.
