The CEO, executive and the leadership are so out of touch. They do not value the employees AT ALL. They never appreciate the employees who work so hard and long hours and give their blood and sweat to move forward together. If you are not on the good side of the management you are DONE. They only bring in and keep the people who think exactly the same way as they do. Any feedback or different perspective is complete unwelcome by the leadership and management. There is no transparency and no communication in the company. Leadership and managers never support employee to grow and become successful. Leading by fear is so common across the company and is what the leadership is so proud of. What is so sad about AppZen is that many great talented passionate people have left or are leaving the company. The company with over 250 employees do not have HR executive! People team and HR are just there to protect management and do not care about employee at all. Employees feel so demotivated, so discourage and so under appreciated every day in this company. The culture, lack of communication, lack of transparency, lack of respect for professional employees has created a very discouraging work environment. Employees are so unhappy in all departments but they are very afraid to give any feedback.
Instead of focusing on building the product, they put so much pressure on the sales reps to sell products that are not built yet.
