Cons
1. Management is very poor and very rude also. 2. Please don't get trapped in this company with their false promises. 3. No flexibility for employees. 4. No work-life balance. 5. Timelines/Deadlines to complete a specific task is too short(Unrealistic and unreasonable). 6. Getting exit from this company is really very difficult and you will land in troubles created by the management for sure. 7. Treats employs like animals. 8. Management is always ready to spoil employs career. 9. Never recommend this company to any of your friends/yourself. 10. No employ benefits. 11. Employs have to work like donkeys with hoping nothing. 12. No HR policies and the decision is taken by senior managers/HR on their own and the decision will spoil the employ career for sure. 13. They are passing unrealistic,improper and unreasonable negative comments as part of the employee feedback. 14. Any day can be your last working day in the company without any reason. 15. No work from home facility to the employees. 16. And the list goes on.................
