      Pros

      Very good working entrepreneurial culture, particularly in the corporate development department -- young people, energetic, and easy going. The industry itself is rewarding, given you are working for an education company.

      Cons

      Very big large corporation -- and therefore, some bureaucracy when interfacing with other departments (especially legal department). Dispersion of operations (office in Chicago vs. headquarters in Phoenix) also is a challenge.
