Pros

There really are not any pros to working here this is a scam.

Cons

Complete scam of a company. They will leave you out to dry as soon as they can. Compensation is horrible for how long you work. There are 0 benefits but you’re working 12 hour days 6 days a week. They don’t care about you, all they care about is can you get us a couple bucks and then kick you out

Pros

• Wonderful and kind coworkers! • If you can do commission, it works well • Supposedly lots of opportunities to move up, they want to promote your position multiple times in a year

Cons

• Actually door to door sales, which isn't stated in job posting • Paid exclusively by commission, which isn't stated in job posting • 6 day work week, plus holidays • Boss has the "grindset" personality and shoves it on all employees • Boss constantly wants you to do more than you're required or expected to do, and believes he's always right • Absolutely horrendous back end. Hiring system is a mess and took forever to receive the documents I needed and to get onboard. The tech used on the job is painfully slow and nonfunctional. Expected to use your personal device for a handful of job duties including calling customers. • The few employees present perform all duties from sales, hiring, interviews, driving, and planning • Must wear business professional clothes for 1 hour each day, before switching to a strict business "casual" outfit for outdoors • Trips to other states for more sales • Coworkers try to tell you you're doing the right thing by selling cheaper products to people, but then openly lie to customers and use sales tactics to draw customers in.
