Pros
Sadly, no pros. I took this job because I was desperate for money, but instead, I ruined my mental health. Every day, it was hard to wake up and go to work.
Cons
i’ve been working at this company for some time now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the most frustrating and demotivating experiences of my career. The work environment is extremely micromanaged every single thing you do is tracked, from how many emails you send to daily task logs. There’s no trust in employees' abilities, which makes it impossible to feel empowered or motivated. There’s absolutely no room for growth or professional development. Upper management shows zero interest in employee well-being or work improvement, and they consistently fail to address concerns. It’s no surprise that there’s such high turnover — people rarely stay more than a year because the environment is so draining and unsupportive. One of the most disheartening experiences was reporting a director’s rude and inappropriate behavior to HR. Instead of addressing the issue, HR did nothing — and worse, retaliation soon followed. Rather than fostering a safe and respectful workplace, the company enables a culture of fear and intimidation. If you’re looking for a supportive, growth-oriented, and professional environment, this is not the place for you. I truly hope leadership takes these issues seriously and starts making meaningful changes, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t hold my breath.
