Pros
Flexible hours, let you set your own hours basically as long as you communicate it to them in advance. Management tries really hard to care about its employees despite minimum wage pay.
Cons
It's ok as a summer job, but they don't always listen to your feedback. High schoolers get jobs here when they don't want to go to college yet. If you can find a better job, do better. Sometimes it felt like very much a dictatorship and that the men really belonged there. Coworkers can be sexist sometimes but not in a way that is serious, it's just something that builds up until you can't deal with it anymore. You also get sent home early a lot if they aren't doing well that day or are overstaffed.
