      Pros

      Very supportive small team environment. Lots of freedom to pursue personal goals. Great management and input from the company directors. Alderley Park is a beautiful place to work.

      Great leadership and involvement from the directors. Supportive team environment and flexibility in ways of working. Excellent mentors with expertise in higher up positions.

      The company is growing quickly which may bring new challenges to a previously small team.
