Pros
The culture is so positive, caring, my supervisors and even the owners have gone out of their way to help me. The company truly cares about your career and where you want to go. The managers have so many conversations with you about what motivates you to help you achieve your goals. I have a voice, my opinion matters both on the property level and even on a company-wide level. They consistently work to better the company policies by gathering consistent feedback and the feedback is ACTUALLY read and action is taken. I have worked here for 5+ years and I truly feel valued as a person and employee. I plan on being here another 10+ years if I can. I have recommended Apartment Dynamics to people I know in the industry, I would recommend them to you as well. If you want to work for a company that takes the time to get to know its employees, works diligently to train and further their growth by providing education opportunities, as well as provides a happy work-life balance-then Apartment Dynamics is the place for you!
Cons
I can't really think of a "con" other than waiting for further growth opportunities. They are continuously growing and I know that it will happen when it is meant to.
