Pros
ok job if you are young and looking to get your foot in the door, but would not recommend staying there for too long as it's very easy to become complacent.
Cons
- poor company culture- employees are generally miserable, lack empathy and are more or less only there for a pay check. - lack of growth opportunities, many employees have been locked into one position for several years. - poor management and leadership promotes low morale particularly during annual enrollment.
