Pros
Having worked at Marsh and Willis, Aon has by far the best systems of the three. Great management within our team who appreciated the team effort. Good infrastructure and training.
Cons
Hot desking was a joke. Desk numbers were far too low. Broker role seemed far narrower in scope than at other brokers such as Marsh. I experienced many pushing back on work that in my opinion should have been theirs to do.
