been a year now, as I joined last year in the month of July from my campus placement. Ridiculous managers! Pathetic management ruled by graduates! (Accounts payable) Especially if you are an MBA and have spent huge bucks over it! Then surely this is lame company ever to kick start your career with! Unpaid extra working hours, brain- drain, buttering to managers at its best, stupid unprofessional crowd - especially including managers, managers not upto their commitments. The HR needs to be more vigilant on hiring Senior and prime positions because if your Base is meaningless then you cnt expect better future returns. HR needs to hire not only on the basis of call center experiences but also by reviewing Their degrees.
