Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback. We are glad to hear you felt supported by your team members and leads and that the flexibility and remote work environment were positive points for you. We also appreciate your honest comments regarding call volume, break times and compensation. We offer a variety of different breaks and allow for self-scheduling to hopefully allow one to have the flexibility within their scheduled week and we are sorry if you did not utilize the 3 different types of breaks we offer. We are continuously evaluating staffing levels, scheduling practices, and operational processes to better support our teams while maintaining service standards for our clients.
When it comes to compensation, this is something that we review regularly and will continue to review to ensure we are in line with industry and role standards. We genuinely appreciate the contributions you made during your time at AnywhereWorks and wish you all the best in your future endeavours.
Picking your own schedule. Tier rankings that only last two weeks, so if you are in a lower tier, there is room for improving. Internal promoting. Benefits. Flexible. Supportive management. Weekly meetings with your Lead. Paid to LEARN, 5 days a week!
Cons
Micromanaging takes a little bit to get used to as I have never worked in a call center type position.
