Pros
Decent range of job types. Work load is constant, so you're never slow or bored. Could produce some great portfolio pieces if there were more time to devote to each job, instead of regurgitating the same thing over and over.
Cons
Poor overall training, micromanaging. Every minute needs to be accounted for, while being held firmly not to exceed time allotted to each client job — becomes an impossible juggle. Moved everyone to hourly so they can benefit off overtime pay — then prohibited employees from working overtime. Staff all seemed to have better grasps of day-to-day than management.
