      Pros

      A lot of really nice people to work with and some really smart folks. I got along with everyone well.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy was a bit much. TONS of meetings about meetings about meetings instead of focusing on what we need to do. Very little focus on business value and delivery and a lot of aimless, confused stakeholders.

      Great company before acquisition, ethical leadership with more than expected transparency from CEO regarding economic conditions and company goals. Benefits were slightly above average for Fortune 500 company.
