Pros

If you're proactive, there are real opportunities to move up that give you a strong environment for professional growth. I went from Project Manager to Delivery Manager over the course of my time here. You will learn to operate independently and find solutions on your own, building a solid skill set that's hard to develop in more structured environments. Long-term collaboration with clients gives you deep exposure to delivery management and cross-functional coordination. The workload, while demanding, pushes you to develop resilience and prioritization skills faster than in a slower-paced setting.

Cons

Management style tends toward close oversight, which can slow down decision-making and limit autonomy for experienced team members. Work-life balance can be challenging during peak periods.

Pros

Global Footprint & Stability: Being in business for 15+ years provides a level of security and maturity you don't often find in smaller agencies, yet the company maintains a flat, non-bureaucratic structure. Growth & Mentorship: Strong focus on professional development. There are clear pathways for engineers and managers to level up, supported by a leadership team that actually listens to new ideas. Flexibility & Remote Work: Truly embraces the remote-first lifestyle. Whether you are in Ukraine, Europe, or the US, the workflows are optimized for asynchronous communication, respecting work-life balance. Exciting Project Portfolio: Opportunities to work with high-growth startups and established enterprises across diverse sectors like EdTech, MedTech, and Media.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: Like any successful agency, things move quickly. If you prefer a slow, predictable "corporate" pace, the agility required here might be a challenge at first. Time Zone Coordination: With teams spread across Europe and the USA, finding the "golden hour" for meetings requires a bit of organized scheduling.

Pros

Solid tech DNA here, specially for drupal, python, AI and mobile stuff. What I like most is the freedom you get if you actually deliver. Founder is open to changes, like we recently started moving away from old legacy tools to more modern ones and automating boring manual tasks with no-code. If you are a self-starter and know your numbers you will feel fine here.

Cons

quite a bit of legacy stuff to deal with and internal processes can be a bit messy sometimes. Scaling fast so things change quickly, feels like building the plane while flying it. Also the focus on delivering valuable results with good margins means pressure, definitely not a place for "bench" or people who just want to sit around. Finding top talent for edtech is also a constant struggle.
