Pros
Interesting-ish tech at first glance
Cons
As other posters said the companies management will mislead and lie about compensation and incentives. Work-life balance does not even seem to be a phrase anyone in leadership is familiar. I don't think I've ever seen a more dehumanizing environment in my professional career. They do not value input or feedback. Period. The organization has deep flaws in many of it's processes, however unlike what they say they want (and what most organizations in their position would do) they do not care about the advice of seasoned professionals on how to correct or improve. Incredibly political and back-biting leadership culture for such a young company, this seems to prevent anyone from focusing on actually improving processes. Despite the interesting sounding nature of the tech and architecture anyone who wants to be involved in delivering, supporting, or integrating this software will be driven insane by the lack of documentation, information, any kind of real ITIL/release process, lack of response or follow up on identified issues (software bug or project issue). The phrase "tilting at windmills" doesn't even begin to describe the issue. Over all I would caution anyone thinking about working here to think carefully about whether they are ready to surrender their dignity and sanity until the inevitable moment when you run to the hills.
