Pros
No Micromanagement: One of the best aspects of working here is the trust from leadership. Managers and team leads don’t micromanage, which gives you the freedom to plan your day and work independently. As long as you're consistently hitting 70–100% of your targets and meeting your daily KRAs, no one interferes with your workflow. Low Work Pressure: The work environment is relatively stress-free. You're expected to meet your goals, but beyond that, there’s no unnecessary pressure or last-minute push from the management. Positive Work Environment: The overall work culture is positive and supportive. The office environment feels healthy, and it's easy to stay motivated. Friendly Colleagues: Teammates are approachable, helpful, and genuinely good-natured. Collaboration and mutual support are encouraged across teams. Good Food: The food provided is of good quality, with decent variety and taste, which is a nice plus for daily office life.
Cons
Cabs Only for Female Employees: Currently, cab facilities are provided only for female employees. Extending this to all employees, especially those working late, would be a great improvement. Recruitment Team Needs Expansion: There’s an imbalance between the sales and recruitment teams, with both having almost equal headcount. Hiring more recruiters would help improve efficiency and workload distribution. Parking Issues: Parking is a bit of a challenge, especially during peak hours. A more organized parking solution would be appreciated.
