Very experienced senior people Excellent research capability, great systems and broker/external research access which is rationed/more difficult at smaller and less resourced firms. Smart people everywhere, generally very collegiate team based. Allowed to do proper research, not surface level

Competition for idea's in the portfolio can limit your impact if sector out of favor.
