Pros
Fast paced environment. Great place for someone just starting out in their career. to gain experience. Will let you learn whatever you want as long as you have the time. They have decent benefits and seem to be improving on them every year.
Cons
It's a small startup company so of course you need to be open to doing everything. There is going to be some growing pains and already has but I feel confident with the new direction they are taking.
