Nothing really to speak of.

Constant micromanagement of every computer keystroke and also second you are in the building even when off the clock. The higher ups are only concerned about number of calls answered and send passive aggressive messages to all agents about this almost daily. No one seems to really want to even be there. Its like they are just mindless emotionless robots. Employees are not even allowed to talk to eachother and even the higher ups spy on you on your break if you get one. I have seen this happen. Do not apply here. Its not worth the mental anguish.
