-After getting some experience you are able to travel with a buyer for seasonal orders across the Europe -Atmosphere rather chilled - Cash bonuses

- Low salary - Hard to get a rise, not to mention promotion - Invisible glass ceiling - Old computers hardware and software - At the beginning hours were more flexible but after some changes it almost impossible to have a home office - No appreciation from the supervisors
