Upper leadership paid little attention to the directors and below. - The senior manager now the director I worked with seemed oblivious to how things worked and processes. - She has no compassion or false compassion and would say anything to get what she wants true or false. I have seen HR call her out on misinformation and processes. She views all under her as disposable pawns. Truly a terrible person. Managers: - Don't know what they are doing and many of them jumped to this role not knowing how to handle clients or how the system works. So if you need help, they will most likely ask you to solve it, even if the process can only be done by them (such as escalating a request) No Job Growth: - There is absolutely little to no growth here. There are many obstacles and unrealistic goals you have to accomplish to have a chance at a lottery to get promoted, (this is a facade as all you really have to do is do your job, be friendly with upper management, and increase revenue to incredible amounts, even if it is not part of your job. Lateral and upper movement is extremely difficult. High turnover: - They look to write up or get rid of anyone for almost any reason, sometimes fictional. I saw this happen to many coworkers which is difficult to see as they were close friends and honest hard workers. This led many of us to leave as the grass was greener elsewhere. Depressed Coworkers: - The work environment from coworkers and managers looked like it sucked the soul out of you. Managers kept leaving or seemed worn out and the same with my coworkers. Peers keep you pushing and staying afloat, but eventually this lead to turnover as you need to jump ship as you become a senior worker pretty fast. Combining Roles: - As departments get eliminated or Sincro struggles, they begin combining departments or increasing everyone's roles, setting difficult or unrealistic expectations. They disguise it as an advantage against competitors, but competitors are doing better by not overloading their workers with multiple departmental roles in one department and shrinking staff. Low wages compared to competitors or other markets: - Could use this job as a starter job, but competitors or the OEMs will offer you a lot more for a better work environment and growth
