If there was a way to give less than one star for this company, I would. The only pro of working in this company is that their nature of work was very interesting which was the only thing that kept me going for some time

The company has zero work environment and a very low standard. It is more befitting to say that it is a like a drama setting with a lot of people who over react and one specific person who has such temper fits and tantrums that is unbelievable. Most of the employees of this company who have been there for a longer time are more interested in gossiping than getting any actual work done and the new people who join are usually treated very poorly and are expected to know everything without even being trained on it, or else, they are judged to have not learnt anything through whatever education they received. Everybody is so keen upon knowing your personal life so much to the extent that if you join this company you can give up any idea of privacy or personal space. What is sad is that your quality of work is judged, not by the results you produce, but, whether you are there extra hours which are not even acknowledged until the one day you leave at the right time.
