Not great sales management. People don't really work hard.

-phenomenal product. Strong product market fit with fantastic customers. -HR working hard to retain people so new benefits/perks are shared every quarter -strong work-life balance -great for working parents and autonomy to get things done at odd times if needed -unlimited Claude usage -pushing to be AI forward as possible -strong leadership
