Anova's management team lacks a clear vision, or at least doesn't know how to communicate it. They constantly stifle creativity and used to be an exciting brand that now plays it safe, and expects you to drop everything at any moment —including weekends. In addition, they have bizarre communication patterns, value useless meetings and like to hear themselves talk. All typical of a "has-been" organization.
