Pros
No pros, terrible place with non profesional “management”
Cons
The company is appalling from day one. The workload is insane, and they constantly stand over you asking “is it ready, is it ready?” There are all these PMs and managers who have no knowledge or understanding of where they are or what the team is actually doing. They keep writing with all sorts of stupid questions, and when you ask them anything specific about the work or the client’s requirements, they never know anything — they just forward everything to the clients with a “please advise.” The so-called “leads” are the pinnacle of arrogance and lack of principles — they openly tell you to work overtime, and when you ask whether it’s paid, they say, “yeah, you’ll get a bonus at the end of the year.” And then comes the New Year bonus — a whole $147 for all the overtime hours. You can’t take vacation when you want — only when this so-called management allows it. Sick days and personal days are discouraged. Even lunch breaks are strictly scheduled — everyone must eat at the same time, and if you want to take lunch at a different time, you have to ask a manager for permission. You’re not allowed to work from anywhere outside your home — even though the job is fully remote. They talk about some sort of “security” — which is laughable. What kind of security could there possibly be in this outdated, prehistoric company? 🤣 The projects themselves are also… The projects are boring and repetitive — there’s absolutely no professional growth. The company fires good employees in a single day, cutting off their access instantly, with zero respect. Every month people leave — the turnover is insane. The few who are still around are only staying for personal reasons (which I won’t go into here, though I know them well). The so-called upper management — including the CEO — have no clue how to actually lead. Their only approach is using pressure and punishment. As a result, there’s nobody left to do the work properly, and the quality of development, testing, and overall project management suffers greatly. But they’ll never get it. It’s all just a joke at this point. 😂 To sum it up — I wouldn’t recommend working here to anyone, in any position. Don’t waste your time — look for a place where you’ll be respected and valued as a professional. This goes especially for contractors, but honestly, it applies to everyone. You’ll be disappointed from day one… And don’t fall for any of their so-called statistics — they’re just as fake and misleading as everything else in this company.
