Pros
Pays pretty well, Great People, Focused on delivering for the customers, interesting tech, heaps of experienced people to learn from. They have recently booted a crap manager who fired a ton of outstanding staff that was a bad time and a really hard time to be an employee. However since then even with COVID things are looking really positive. Management is taking on board the feedback of some very experienced staff and things are looking good for the future; the tech and the role. Prior to starting with Anomali, I was looking to change roles every 18mths due to boredom and not seeing a future or moron management, however much to my family's surprise I am still ignoring the recruiters' calls; there must be something about working here that is attractive :)
Cons
Not as agile as I would like, lost a lot of experienced great people
