Anokiwave has 20 years’ experience in industry and is a recognized leader in both architecture and IC design for the 5G, SATCOM and A&D markets. We continue to add new features to our ICs to address our customer’s needs – rather than innovation for innovation sake. While I understand this can be frustrating at times – what is most important is that we satisfy our customers and continue to develop great ICs that will be well-received in the marketplace.
Finally – we hire the best of the best – whether they be PhD, MSEE, BSEE or any other degree they have. We don’t target hiring people based on their cost – we are looking at finding the best and brightest to help us continue to build a great company. Anokiwave has a 98% retention rate, far above high tech industry standards. We accomplish this by hiring great people and taking care of their needs. All of our employees are owners of the company.
