Great place - Project Engineer Anning-Johnson Co. Employee Review

A large company broken up into smaller districts throughout the United States. The culture is amazing and the autonomy of individual districts make it feel family owned with the power of a large corporation. However, it is employee owned therefore every shareholder is invested in the success of every other shareholder.

I cannot think of one.

Coworkers are amazing people. Stock and profit sharing opportunities. Money can be good if you’re willing to play the game.

The managers are toxic if you don’t feed their ego. HR is there for senior management, not you. High turnover with no care for people. Due to the high turnover, the office is regularly understaffed and any hinderances because of it are your own fault/struggle. There is no culture. Beware.
