The culture is amazing and the autonomy of individual districts make it feel family owned with the power of a large corporation. However, it is employee owned therefore every shareholder is invested in the success of every other shareholder.
Coworkers are amazing people. Stock and profit sharing opportunities. Money can be good if you’re willing to play the game.
Cons
The managers are toxic if you don’t feed their ego. HR is there for senior management, not you. High turnover with no care for people. Due to the high turnover, the office is regularly understaffed and any hinderances because of it are your own fault/struggle. There is no culture. Beware.
