Nothing impressive, only the basic necessities are provided to employees. However, they do cover medical benefits for your spouse and children.

Worst management, with a lack of trust and leadership. Seen as an MNC, but operations run more like a startup. HR or they called as people and culture department did not function as it should, which eventually led to employee retrenchment. No bonus, no increment
