Pros
At the beginning, I was not involved in many processes as I am now. I was given the tools and support to do my job with confidence. Always felt they trust my judgement while making decision. If something goes wrong, there isn't any finger pointing, only a team around that supports and helps to figure out any problem. This is a place where you can give your ideas and will always be well received. The opportunity to work here has made me grow very much professionally. Not something I have seen in my past jobs from upper management. The company is investing in team development to help us grow. If you have good work ethic, values, also very organized with a positive attitude, you will enjoy working here. What I can highlight the most are the company values and making sure the employees are important. Overall the company has great benefit, beautiful office space and great location.
Cons
As a small business, sometime you need to help in different areas that are not in the job description. This is not new to me working for small companies.
