Cons
- Spent months seing my colleagues having mental breakdowns and leaving one after the other. - Pay is bad - full commitment even nights and weekends is expected from you - they want you to be passionate and give you uninteresting tasks - micromanagement, no career progression, no one to talk too, concerns are not addressed, nothing changes. - colleagues are all second class - sorry guys - very nice people but not good at their job. not 1st class teams at all. you won't feel challenged or feel like you're around bright people. Hiring was so quick that they hired 1000 people but only those who were available. quantity, not quality. Now they are firing most of them as well.
