will hire new people at higher rate than senior employees and don't expect a raise ever. you will almost never be told your doing well and will only be told if you screw up. owners will not take criticism and will fire/ threaten to fire you over small matters (ex: was put on a shift I never work and had already made plans for that day months in advance. I was told that if it would be an issue, that I could just not work there anymore.)
Good pay, the dogs are nice and most people are nice too
Cons
Management will micromanage what you do. If you try to give suggestions to the owners they won't take them. They expect you to conform to their company and not be individual.
