Pros
If you are an animal person this is a dream job. It is really a company you can ethically and morally support. Additionally, the founders still put in a ton of work and it's nice to be able to work side-by-side with them at times.
Cons
There are a few cons to working here. The two main ones are that it is a pretty far drive from the city and that the pay isn't that great (isn't it that way with every dream job?). If you aren't an outdoor person, then that's probably another con because most of the work is outdoors and sometimes in harsh weather conditions. You also need to be prepared to work hard.
