      Pros

      People are mostly nice and most management is also pretty nice and laid back.

      Cons

      Hours can be bad and the pay is pretty bad as well. HR is, well, non existent so good luck with that. There is a person appointed as "HR" but that's not really the job at all.

      It's a good place for beguines in the IT sphere. Can give you a base knowledge in hardware if you don't have any.

      Cons

      No room for growth or progress within the company for ambitious individuals.
