Free beer, nice swag, and fantastic perks. Sounds like there are a lot of growth opportunities if willing to move.
Cons
AB is a manufacturing company. If you do not like shift work, then don't work for them. The hours can be very tough. If you don't want to relocate every year or two, then you will get stuck in your position.
