Pros
Beer industry is fun and you can gain a lot of sales experience in a super interactive and exciting environment. The job itself was exciting to me as it was high intensity and never the “stuck at the office at my desk” type of role. LOTS of networking opportunities.
Cons
Company seems to be going downhill. Is investing massive amounts of $$$ in recent college grads and putting them into immediate management positions with little to no experience, while not promoting long-term employees with more valuable market and hands-on experience. Also becoming more technologically/analytically focused to the point where it is hurting actual sales out in the field. Company cares more about the usage of their new online platform/app more than their beer sales.
