Pros
Good salary, nice extra perks if you can get them. Dynamic environment and fun colleagues. Great beers/brands. Some parts of the work can be quite alluring.
Cons
Meetings, meetings, meetings. Most of them useless because nobody has any idea what they are for, other than FOMO. Any newish management BS will be adopted even if it conflicts with existing procedures. BS about innovation but none really happening - whenever they need to spend money on something new, they will instead build a new brewery. Silo thinking and too many yes men. They just want mindless automatons. Talk about environment, sustainability, safety, etc, is just that. Talk. If you read enthusiastic reviews, keep in mind they come mostly from kids who were taken in out of university and know nothing better. In the end, if you want to progress, this helps: being Brazilian, saying "yes" to everything your manager tells you, traveling even without reason, reaching targets even if nonsensical, drinking from the Kool-Aid. You may progress and reach the promised land: a position as a director, with stock options.
