Pros
Free beer! Benefits are pretty good. Mostly younger workforce but overall a good diverse group of people. Lots of company holidays each year.
Cons
Work life balance isn’t always the greatest. Could use more vacation time when first starting. Lack of communication when it comes to HR contacts, some benefit stuff, etc. but they are working on improving.
