Pros
Union Benefits are decent and hard to match. Lots of opportunity for overtime. 8 hour shifts with no worries of taking work with you.
Cons
Favoritism, seniority-based, apathetic coworkers, no real path for career advancement. Poor training structure- training for skills as needed, but should be all around cross training.
