You can do this through your manager, HR, or via our Inclusion reporting channels. It’s important to us that everyone feels safe, heard, and supported at work.
We also recognise that you’ve been with the business for over 10 years, and that means you’ve seen a lot of change. Change can be challenging, but it’s always driven by a mindset of continuous improvement.
