      Pros

      Great benefits, strong focus on flexible working, and brilliant employee-led communities. It’s also good to have sight of the bigger picture and feel part of something that provides an essential service people often take for granted.

      Cons

      With lots of teams and departments, there can occasionally be duplication, even though everyone has the best intentions. There’s an opportunity to improve alignment by looking at the bigger picture across processes.

      Pros

      The graduate scheme at Anglian Water offers a lot of support and development in the form of mentors, coaching, training etc, and as a graduate I'm given real responsibility to allow me to learn and help make a difference. Moving around the business through different placements every 3-4 months also means you get the chance to experience different teams, encourage collaboration and see where you fit best to work in the future. The company is also great to work for with a good culture and employee benefits.

      Nothing really comes to mind.
