Stable hours, decent pay, ok management

The job was boring and little insensitive to move up

The company had a strong product line which is now Surgical Specialties (with the IR business going to Argon Medical). Strong community and good leadership. Nice to work for a company that makes products that help people.

The company went through some ups and downs in terms of growth. They had a financial restructuring that on the surface looked bad but ultimately was great for the company. Lots of changes but that happens with smaller medical device companies.
