Pros
They hire entry level employees, other than that hard to say.
Cons
I worked here shortly and the job is a textbook pyramid scam. You sell products to less than enthusiastic gas station customers for long hours. You get paid on commission which is drawn up by management, and you repeat hoping one day to start your own pyramid scheme selling useless products. The pay is not what they make it seem, even if you hit top sales on the products. You don't gain any experience at a job like this, aside from how to solicit strangers to buy useless items. I'd recommend to avoid at all costs especially recent college graduates/anyone who is able to work elsewhere.
