Pros
Once had the ability to work from home, though they can't seem to decide if it's allowed now or not. Happy Hours, free sports games, and all sorts of games to play in the office, flexible hours, and no dress code, which is nifty if you can put up with everything else.
Cons
Work Environment: This company was created by, and is still run by and for men with no regard for their female peers. Previous reviews note that there is a lot of smoking and drinking. This is true. While some amount of work does get done in between, if you're not a drinker or a smoker, you may not be comfortable with how much of the company's social interactions rely on it. The Business: In my time there, I saw people fired due to "budget cuts," entire aspects of the business dropped to the wayside because there was no money for marketing, yet parties, the purchase of more games for the office, and random outings for some teams and not others continued. Making a Career: If you're friends with someone in the office, you're probably fine. If not, you'd better be making more money than someone else. Failing both of these, your job is on the line every single day. Turnover in this company is ridiculous, the reactions to it petty, and management does nothing to explain why they're letting people go. Fear of being fired for something simple is real and constant. If you manage to stick around for a while, getting feedback on your work is nigh impossible. Plans for improvements and learning opportunities within the company are made, then swiftly forgotten. This company is still standing because it makes a lot of money. If you're comfortable toeing the line of plagiarism and lying through your teeth to your readers, you may just make it. And since this seems to be a pain point with these reviews, I'd like to add that I left of my own accord. I was not one of those fired without explanation. I was never sure of my position within the company, and think that applicants could find much better places to work.
