Pros
best environment for a fresher to start his or her career with, very good exposure for a fresher, the superiors are very supportive
Cons
as such there are no downsides, but you would always be on your toes working, you will not get free time, but i do not see this as a cons because you are meant to do hardwork while you are workimng as a fresher so only pros no cons really.
