      Pros

      Secure and safe, salary is fixed whether you perform or not . Targets are minimal and achievable. As branch head you are expected to oversea the branch performance irrespective of the departments.

      Cons

      No specific task... no room to excel in one field particularly as you are expected to deliver everything in one box, be it marketing, cross selling , lending or achieving monthly targets.

      Pros

      -Great carrier opportunities. -Could gain good banking knowledge -Learning to work under pressure.

      Cons

      I do not like the way this bank's senior management treats its employees. They do NOT care for their employees' personal well being what so ever! (You can never demand your employees to finish a task for you, just make the environment conducive for them to finish their work, in the best possible way.)
