Pros
Very typical, structured insurance customer service position. Dealing with customers and their policies, renewals, audits, billing, etc. Great associates and supervisors, since new management took over.
Cons
No one likes to deal with their insurance, even on the best of days. It gets monotonous and sometimes feels like all you do is try and get people to pay their bills.
